We are located in the heart of Chinchón, just 45 minutes from Madrid. Our establishment is a "Three-Leaf" rated rural hotel housed in an iconic 17th-century building, featuring five fully equipped suites, each with its own unique décor. La Casa del Convento Rural Hotel & Spa boasts a separate library, a traditional Chinchón-style cave used for wine tastings and special events, an on-site restaurant, and a private spa.
Restaurant
At the La Casa del Convento restaurant, gastronomy is the soul of the experience. Our culinary vision stems from the talent of a chef from Elche whose career has taken him through some of Europe’s most renowned kitchens, eventually leading him to this unique corner of Chinchón, where he now leads with passion and vision.
Spa
Our hotel features a private spa where you can rest and relax. Managed by Pilar Martínez—who also runs her own aesthetic consultancy center offering a wide range of treatments using the latest technology—the spa accommodates anywhere from 2 to a maximum of 20 people.
